Sr Consultant, Advanced Analytics

Job Description Role Purpose: Engage with a wholesaler partner to develop, deliver and manage multiple analytical projects of varying complexity.  The role involves components of: Partner support & interaction Analytic development & innovation Utilize appropriate analytical tools Insight identification, presentation & communication Role Responsibilities: Develop, implement, manage, and validate using appropriate custom analytics for supplier services partner engagements that help answer complex business questions Support ongoing research tasks, proposals, ad-hoc requests, and complex data investigations Acquire user requirements and develop programs to explore/analyze data characteristics Manage ad hoc and ongoing data provisioning for partner analytic needs. Understand the critical issues affecting the wholesaler partner to identify analytics, develop approaches and communicate insights that help drive business outcomes Ensure deliverables are comprehensible and accurate with valuable/actionable insights Acts as offering "Help desk" handling partner questions and data inquiries; Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required: Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of related experience In-depth understanding & experienceworking with IQVIA's data sets (real-world data, prescription, sales, managed care, and reference assets) Strong knowledge of data reporting/manipulation and business intelligence tools like Alteryx and/or Tableau (nice to have) Superior analytical/consultative skills and demonstrated track record of success in communicating (written and oral) analytic/consulting engagements Strong project management experience in life sciences, consulting or the pharmacy wholesaler space Ability to quickly and proactively assess a situation, propose analytics and create actionable ideas Organization Reporting and Scope: Reports directly to IQVIA lead who manages & directs the partner relationship Member of a cross-functional team which supports the partner; no direct reports Dedicated partner resource Additional Requirements: Strong & demonstrated skills in the following areas: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Internal and external collaboration Relationship building Ability to influence others Developing compelling partner ready deliverables Personal initiative #LI-BW1 #GLD IQVIA is an EEO Employer - Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Disabled We know that meaningful results require not only the right approach but also the right people. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
