AV Coordinator

The Judge Group is seeking an AV Coordinator who will be responsible for the planning, coordination and ordering of technology services related to conferencing and events for global town hall meetings, small and large (audio conferencing, video conferencing, webcasting and WebEx) events. The coordinator must be customer service-focused and will work directly with customers, client representatives and global liaisons to plan and produce meetings and events, providing high quality service.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
€ Schedule, attend and/or facilitate planning meetings with customers for onsite and offsite events
€ Interface with clients to discuss event details and obtain requirements
€ Interface with other client service providers, as appropriate
€ Schedule Webcasts, video conferences and audio conferences
€ Create, maintain and distribute instructional documents with all pertinent event information
€ Prepare and review daily event schedule and escalate any issues, as appropriate
€ Arrange testing with participating sites for all events including ensuring that technical support will be available
€ Assist with management of event on communication lines, as needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
