Customer Service Associate
Job Description:
Maintain daily contact with key client contacts to document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding account problems.
Making some outgoing phone calls.
Person will be representing The Client in communicating with key customers.
Must have a positive attitude and strong written and oral communication capabilities in addition to planning and coordination skills.
Must have 4-6 years experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
