The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Mammalian cell culture
- Western blotting
- Cancer biology/oncology
What You'll Be Doing:
- Performing routine and complex bench and/or instrumental analysis.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Must have B.S. degree in science or equivalent
- One to four (1 - 4) years work experience required
- Must have experience in mammalian cell culture and western blotting
- Candidates should have the ability to analyze and interpret data and present it in a clear fashion.
- Must be familiar with basic scientific principles and have experience in routine bench work and/or instrumental analysis.
- Proficiency in executing standard procedures required in addition to some non-routine work
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cell proliferation assays, transfection/transduction, siRNA/shRNA, FACS flow cytometry and Real Time PCR is desired but not required
- Candidates with background in cancer biology/oncology will get preference
