The event manager is responsible for achieving maximum profitability and growth within their assigned area of responsibility by selling the company's venues and services.
Key
Responsibilities:
Follows up on leads and secures contracts from existing and prospective clients to generate event books for weddings, corporate events and social functions Negotiates contracts and develops clear and effective proposals based on client needs and current trends Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints Develops new sales and maintains current accounts and clients Skills:
Must be results-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills Computer literacy - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.
