You should also possess prior experience in a receptionist/administrative role.
Real estate knowledge and experience are a plus.

The ideal candidate must also possess an excellent command of the English language (both written & verbal) as well as highly developed communication skills in order to effectively handle customer inquiries via telephone or in person.
